Company History
Greg Weirich received his California real estate salesman license in 1976 and began his career by finding the best vacant lots for his broker, a custom home builder in Malibu. In 1980 he received his California real estate broker's license and continued a career of providing clients with exceptional service through attention to detail and a dedication to client satisfaction. In 1984, Greg Weirich founded Hampton Realty in the San Fernando Valley. The mission was the same with the added goal of saving clients money through a more efficient business model as an independent Realtor. Since then we have gained experience in home construction, syndication of real estate investments, managing property and building a business on trust and hard work. In 2007 we changed our company name Blue Rock Realty, Inc. We are a team of hard working individuals eager to provide you with professional service you can trust. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and several local boards. Greg Weirich is also a Certified Property Management candidate with the Institute Real Estate Managers, IREM. |
